…..BEAUTY……
The beauty of words is it can foresee the future but it fails to understand it.
The beauty of actions is it builds future but it fails to foresee it.
The beauty of teaching is it keeps the mind moving. But it deletes many important feelings.
The beauty of friends is it fills in the empty spaces in your soul but it fails to stay long enough in the empty spaces.
The beauty of perception is it enhances your sense of awareness but it fails to be compatible with your judgment.
The beauty of compliments is it lights up each second of your day but it fails to guarantee a successful tomorrow.
The beauty of kindness is it builds relationship but the echoes of your kindness do not help you well enough due to the thunderous sound of the small mistake you make.
The beauty of opposition is so great that it can shake the whole world but its beauty deteriorates completely when it becomes government.
The beauty of one’s smile is contagious but it has too many connotations as most of the time it is wrongly interpreted.
The beauty of cruelty is it enhances the self-defense of one’s heart but sadly it fails to diminish its scars.
The beauty of forgiveness is it rebuilds broken bridge but it always brings along its ashes.
The beauty of favourite songs is it makes your scars blur but sometimes it can also make the scars more obvious than before.
The beauty of giving advice is it makes you feel more superior but sadly it fails to guarantee that you yourself will listen to the advice. It gets worse when the advice fails to change someone’s destiny.
The beauty of marriage is it becomes a giant playground for both men and women but it can also be the fiercest battle field the world has ever seen.
The beauty of peace is it pleases the Gods, but sadly Satan takes the challenge continuously positively.
The beauty of war is it restructures the balance of human ecosystem but it also produces new history books every day, every month, every year , every decade and every century.
The beauty of comments is it helps the mind to move on to another grade but sadly Mr. Ego has a long hatred over comments.
The beauty of religions is it helps us to become more human and civilized but sadly, most of the time we forget the sense of humanity as religions talk too much about heaven and hell without focusing on the now.Done by: Mr. Mani Jack

ARE WE GIVING TOO MUCH POWER TO STUDENTS?

This debate should not be debated by educators or anyone who is deeply involved in education. Policy makers should be involved in this debate. Why di I say so?Let us have a look at the title " Are we giving students too much power over teachers? Please pay attention to the word "we".
Who is that "we" actually? Are they teachers, parents, society or the politicians? I am an English teacher and teaching has been a part of my family as my father was a teacher. In the past, the students were easily controlled because the rules and regulations they had at home were on par with the ones they had at school. However, these days, the rules and the regulations are slightly the same and sometimes can be completely opposite. If this debate is trying to put the blame on the teachers, I will be so sad and annoyed. Lately, we have been putting a lot of emphasis on human rights specifically children rights. We know their rights, but are we directing them towards a person who understands and respects someone's right especially when it comes to respecting the teachers. As the old saying goes, "Anything which is too much can be painfully destructive".
adparams.getadspec('c_billboard1');
It is wonderful to see the students being able to master the art of critical thinking. In other words, they constantly question their surrounding, emotions, responses, facts and etc. However, giving them too much power, without explaining them the known and unknown consequences of power abuse, will produce intellectual bullies. For example, a lawyer who is supposed to fight for justice finally turns out to a professional criminal when he succeeds in releasing a criminal by playing with the facts and the worst thing is this lawyer does not have any sense of guilt in him. Are we going to produce another Hitler in our class?
The teachers are aware of the destructive effects of giving too much power to the students. However, do parents and the government know the consequences? Has there been any mutual understanding and discussion between teachers and government or between teachers and parents in the creation of our education system? Absolutely yes but the implementation of an excellent education system has been negatively modified by the policy makers as too much power is given to the politicians.
Before I say goodbye, I would like to share with you some thoughts on how to reduce or stop the production of modern Hitler. Teach the students how to keep the fire small no matter how many woods and gas are given to them. Thank you for reading.

SHOULD LIFE BE A LIVING HELL?

Borneo is surrounded by the South China Sea to the north and northwest, the Sulu Sea to the northeast, the Celebes Sea and the Makassar Strait to the east, and the Java Sea and Karimata Strait to the south. It has an area of 743,330 km² (287,000 square miles).
To the west of Borneo [1] are the Malay Peninsula and Sumatra. To the south is Java. To the east is the island of Sulawesi (Celebes). To the northeast is the Philippines.
Borneo's highest point is Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia, with an elevation of 4,095 m (13,435 ft) above sea level. This makes it the world's third highest island.
The largest river systems are the Kapuas River, with approximately 1,143 km (710 mi) the longest river in Indonesia, the Rajang River in Sarawak with some 562.5 km (349.5 mi) the longest river in Malaysia, the Barito River about 880 km (550 mi) long and the Mahakam River about 980 km (610 mi) long.
Borneo is also known for its extensive cave systems. Clearwater Cave has one of the world's longest underwater rivers. Deer Cave, thought to be the largest cave passage in the world, is home to over three million bats and guano accumulated to over 100 metres (330 ft) high.
